4 Phases Every Female Needs to Know
The 4 Seasons in 4 Weeks approach to the hormones breaks down the monthly cycle into 4 guided weeks, making it easy for you to recognize, remember, and utilize on a daily basis for making optimal decisions in health, business, and love.
It's not the 4 phases that makes this approach revolutionary, it's what you do with them---skim the surface or go deep.
Week 1: The Resting Phase
Week 2: The Building Phase
Uterine linng thickening & eggs maturing
Week 3: The Expressing Phase
Ovulation and Reflection
Week 4: The Deconstructing Phase
The Firewalk (get rid of the concept of PMS)
You're not alone. Few of us were given the right information and tools. But now, help is here.
